Disappointed
The exercise database is nice, the photos and videos are well done too. The exercise list is easy to navigate and the exercise descriptions are ok. A cool feature is that you can create your own customized exercises, writing your own instructions and putting your own photos. The main problem of the app is when you need to build your workouts! A desktop App for fitness should be good to build nice workouts and help the user in this process. When you create a new workout you cannot go to the exercise list and add an exercise from there. Instead, you need to use an alphabetically sorted pop-up list that does not even let you search for the exercise. You really need to roll down the list to find the exercise yourself. If you forget to add a given exercise in the middle of your workout and add it in the end, you cannot reorder the exercise list! I bought the software because I though It would be cool to research and develop my workout on my desktop mac and then sync it with my iPhone. However, I got very disappointed because it is really tiresome to build a workout using this app and I really regret I bought it. I am not buying the app for iPhone though.
